New: apartments for long-term rental at the Turist hotel from 450 euros

The Turist Hotel is currently undergoing renovation work on the old part of the hotel to expand its accommodation capacity. This includes around 40 new high-class rooms, which will increase the hotel’s total capacity to almost 100 rooms. In addition, around 40 new apartments for long-term rental are under construction. The apartments will be modernly equipped, ranging in size from 30 to 71 square meters. They will contain a bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining area and bathroom, and will be available in early 2025.

“Varaždin, like many smaller cities in Croatia, often faces a shortage of quality apartments for rent, especially for young families, business people and students. These modern apartments could attract exactly such users, providing them with comfort and security, while raising the standard of living in the city,” the hotel believes.
