Valentine’s Day package includes:
- Overnight stay with a rich buffet breakfast in an elegant Superior room with a king-size double bed
- Welcome sparkling wine in the room (Borealis St. Jerome)
- Valentine’s Day Dinner – choose from a meat or fish fine-dining menu in 4 sumptuous courses, with a glass of champagne for both of you in our Nobel restaurant
- Unlimited access to the Hedona Spa Center – enjoy the steam, Finnish, herbal and infrared saunas, relax room, salt wall and surprise showers
- Access to the fitness center for an active start or end to the day
- Free Wi-Fi
- Late check-out until 12:00 (subject to availability)
- De-stress massages for both of you – head and neck massage at the same time (30 min) UNTIL THE APPOINTMENT IS FULL!

- Cold appetizer: Foie gras mousse, homemade cornmeal cake, pickled vegetables
- Hot appetizer: Gnudi stuffed with veal cheeks with root vegetable sauce
- Main course: Veal loin wrapped in porcini and herbs, crispy mushrooms, toasted pistachio mousse, young vegetable garnish, demi glace sauce
- Dessert: Viennese sponge cake with raspberry and blackcurrant ganache, yogurt and white chocolate cream, blackcurrant sauce

Fish menu
- Cold appetizer: Sushi fusion
- Hot appetizer: Ravioli from raštika stuffed with meat rub in Adriatic shrimp sauce
- Main course: Gofa fillet in citrus sauce, grilled polenta, cuttlefish basket filled with shrimp and mussel broth, crispy parmesan
