The famous Dutch chef Rudolph van Veen, one of the biggest stars of the gastronomic TV channel 24Kitchen, was a guest at the KAS event & club center in Varaždin, where he once again demonstrated his culinary skills. This time, he invited award-winning Croatian chef Marin Pozder from the Nobel restaurant to join him in the kitchen.
Together they prepared a dish inspired by Mexican cuisine – chicken skewers marinated in spices and cocoa powder with pico de gallo salsa, with the addition of a little melted dark chocolate.
And in the second dish, one of the ingredients was chocolate, but white. Along with salmon with chicory and arugula salad, he made a dressing with “white chocolate water”.
