The new autumn à la carte menu of the Nobel restaurant

Multiple award-winning chef Marin Pozder of the Nobel restaurant designed a new autumn à la carte menu. The new à la carte menu brings together traditional flavors and modern techniques. We would highlight:

  • slow-roasted lamb shank in wine sauce
  • Mediterranean risotto enriched with feta cheese,
  • beef tail dumplings on celery and potato foam with horseradish sauce
  • and special desserts created by pastry chef Vedrana Hrastovec Sedlar.
