Nobel Restaurant at the 30th Restaurant Week – top-notch menus from the 21st until the 30 March!

Nobel Restaurant is participating in Restaurant Week with three fantastic and affordable menus, which you can order for lunch or dinner. The menu was designed by the chef of the Nobel restaurant , Marin Pozder .

This year marks the 30th Restaurant Week and from the 21st. until the 30 March.

 

MENU I

  • Appetizer: Spinach strips in veal ragout with toasted hazelnuts
  • Main course: Turkey roll stuffed with millet, fried onions, bacon and cream cheese – Buckwheat porridge and porcini mushroom muffin – Butternut squash and toasted pumpkin seed mousse – Honey sauce
  • Dessert: Dark and milk chocolate cremeux, cocoa crumble, raspberry gel and raspberry and champagne caviar

MENU II

  • Appetizer: Fuži in a Mediterranean sauce of blue crab, Adriatic prawns and crispy Parmesan cheese
  • Main course: Crispy sea bream fillet in a crust of fragrant herbs and citrus – Swiss chard sphere stuffed with flavored potatoes – Vegetable and herb stew – Saffron sauce
  • Dessert: Walnut and dark chocolate cream with vanilla sauce

MENU III

  • Appetizer: Sushi fusion – tuna, black tiger shrimp, salmon, avocado, cream cheese, various sauces, rice and nori seaweed
  • Main course: “Sticky pork” – slow-roasted pork in coconut milk and sweet-spicy sauce – vegetables and basmati rice
  • Dessert: Rice pudding with rose petals, mango sauce, toasted nuts

Restaurant Week is a promotional campaign with the purpose of promoting and publicizing the Croatian gastronomic scene in cooperation with catering establishments.
